Knowing Jesus

There was only one man who died for your sins and mine and by whom we can have eternal life.
There was only one man who was so important that His birth caused our calendar to split in two (B.C./A.D).
There was only one man who, despite being tempted, did not sin even once.
That man was Jesus Christ of Nazareth. How much do you know about Jesus?
Have you spent much time thinking about how He lived?
Do you know Him?

If anyone deserves to have our attention and our interest, that person is Jesus.
He is more than a hero.
He is a perfect example of how we should live. He is the only one who gives us any real hope at all.
If we are to take up our cross and follow Him, we must understand what that means and must see what that looks like.

God

John 1:3 (NIV)
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

Heaven

John 14:2 (NIV)
My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?

The Good News of Jesus Christ
The most important message of the Bible is the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. His final command to His disciples was to “go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” Mark 16:15. This is the message about Jesus Christ that everyone needs to hear. That’s because “there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12.

He stands alone as the most famous person who ever lived. His life and teaching have profoundly impacted more people than anyone else. Nations tell time by His birth. His appeal extends across race, culture, and national boundaries. People have found in Him what they could not find in anyone else.

No one ever taught like Jesus. No one ever lived like Him. No one ever loved like Him. There is no one else like Him in the history of the world. He is incomparable!

End Times

The “Last Days” refer to the period before Jesus’ return, marked by increased evil and suffering
(2 Timothy 3:1-5).

To prepare, Christians are called to stay faithful, live by Scripture, and spread the Gospel
(Matthew 24).
